The constant open communication between management and staff is reflected in our 2009 annual employee satisfaction survey, with 79% of employees having confidence that Summertown's management takes the right steps in being open and dedicated to their employees; especially during the recent turbulent worldwide economic crisis.

Taking the above into consideration we must and want LEED to play a major role in our overall business and be in a position to assist those companies that decide on going green in the realization of their green interiors or try to convince other companies of the importance of having energy and environmentally friendly interiors.
