Account Manager Sales Dubai
Job Description
• Preparation of yearly individual sales plan and budget
• Achieving sales budget both in quantitative terms, as well as in qualitative terms.
• Developing new business (from new customers) and identify new business opportunities
• To sell furniture by networking and presentations of the solution to the client;
• Provide regular feedback on projects, market, competitors, pricing and product trends
• Preparation of weekly visit and quotation status report
• Complete pre-qualification procedures with potential clients and consultants
• Participate/organize seminars and exhibitions
• Visit existing and potential clients
• Negotiate contracts
• Follow up on and obtain approvals on submittals (drawings, samples, etc.)
• Debt collection
Qualification & Experience
• Degree or academic qualification from an internationally recognized institute
• Interested in furniture, design or related subject
• Minimum 5 years experience out of which 3 years in the Gulf,
• Office furniture and/or knowledge of design and execution of office interiors
Essential Skills
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• UAE drivers license
• Problem-solving attitude; solution oriented
• Excellent sales presentation capability
