Adam Cooper, Connaught, presents training certificate to Summertown
The construction industry is a high risk business for employees who work on site. It’s therefore essential that any members of our workforce receive regular training on health and safety, to ensure they have the knowledge to protect themselves, people around them and have the ability to put necessary controls in place to create a safe working environment.
The training was conducted by Connought Gulf and was tailor made to suit the specific requirements outlined by Summertown for all Site Managers and Supervisors. The two day ‘Safety for Managers in construction’ course took place on 28/29 June, and was based on the IOSH accredited Managing Safety in Construction course. The learning process methods allow our staff to be fully versed in understanding regulatory controls that are fully compliant with International Construction Standard Practices, and allow us to service a diverse range of clients, from F500 to smaller independent organisations.
