Finance Manager
Seda graduated with a degree in Economics from one of the leading universities in Turkey and began her carrier as a Financial Analyst in a multinational engineering and construction company. After 3 years experience in the construction sector, she pursued an opportunity to develop her career with a move to the financial sector, working for a major leasing company in Istanbul.
Seda moved to Dubai 5 years ago, where her Middle East career began working for one of the major telco companies. Two years later, Seda took a well-deserved break to focus on her baby daughter, whilst continuing to provide independent financial consultancy on a small scale to expat individuals in the UAE. Joining Summertown in October 2011 as Finance Manager, Seda is responsible for the running of the accounts teams across Summertown’s 3 entities, covering management account duties to financial analysis for the Corporate Team. Seda’s experience spanning 2 continents and various industry sectors has provided her with a wealth of skills and experience.
She is a great believer of positive thinking and approaches any problem with a total can-do attitude. You will often find Seda early in the morning doing laps in the pool, and during the evenings in one of the local parks with her family. At the weekends, Seda loves to go snorkeling in the calm clear waters of Dubai and is a keen photographer. Being a strong problem solver and analyst, she loves to play chess and is addicted to facing opponents on her iPhone.
