d3 Business Center

The Dubai Design District (d3) Business Center is part of the co-working spaces developed by d3 that entrepreneurs and developing businesses can rent by the day, month or year. This new high-end business center fitted out by Summertown provides office and community spaces to enable companies and freelancers alike to collaborate and network.

Features of the contemporary business center include a large public activity-based space with cleverly designed wooden terrace seating, trees and swings with abundant natural light. In addition to the unfurnished micro office studios available for rent, there are small work stations in the hallways, and a public transformation collaboration room with folding benches and stools. The hexagonal inspired design also features over 1,000 starry ceiling sky lights, and a geometric wooden reception panel.

Summertown worked closely with project managers Tamdeen to enhance the fit out, design and featured wooden joinery. The end result is a fantastic selection of individual offices, and community collaboration areas for entrepreneurs and new businesses in the d3.
