Summertown worked closely with designers Bluehaus Group to ensure the fit out incorporated both the greenery to emphasize a park theme and various collaboration and social zones.
The result for the French multinational pharmaceutical company is a fantastic sustainable workplace with a mix of indoor greenery incorporated into work station zones, and collaboration areas. Highlights include the light filled stylish cafe, welcoming reception experience and the mix of modern sleek meeting zones.
Silver level LEED Certification for ‘Interior Design and Construction: Commercial Interiors’ for the workplace was awarded by the USGBC after achieving over 54 points across several LEED categories.
