Summertown Interiors was once again entrusted by one of our repeat Global Capital Management Investment Firm clients to deliver their third office in Dubai, marking another successful design and build collaboration.

The brief remained clear and consistent: create a comfortable, highly functional workspace with a refined corporate aesthetic that caters seamlessly to both employee productivity and client engagement — whether virtual or in person. Inspired by the client’s global design standards, the space was thoughtfully planned to balance elegance and efficiency.

A light, neutral colour palette paired with carefully curated artwork creates a clean and uplifting atmosphere, while biophilic elements have been intentionally integrated into every room to promote wellbeing and connection to nature. To support both open collaboration and focused work, acoustic designer panels were installed throughout the open-plan areas and meeting rooms — providing sound control and ensuring privacy where needed.
