LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. According to the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), it’s the most widely used green building rating system in the world. It sets clear standards for energy efficiency, water use, indoor air quality and responsible materials. Interior projects, such as office fit-outs, usually follow LEED for Interior Design and Construction.
In the UAE, sustainable workplaces also support the national Net Zero by 2050 Strategic Initiative. That’s why more organisations now choose a LEED-certified fit-out. It improves wellbeing, strengthens ESG performance and protects long-term asset value.
