Mediclinic Airport Road, Abu Dhabi

We are proud to have successfully delivered a series of complex interior fit out and MEP works for Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, one of the region’s leading healthcare facilities located in Abu Dhabi. This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, technically advanced environments that meet the demanding standards of modern medical operations.

Scope of Works:

Endoscopy Zone B & C Renovation – Building A
Working alongside design consultant Stantec, we completed the traditional fit out of the Endoscopy zones B & C within Building A. The works spanned an area of 635 sqm, focusing on functional healthcare design, high-spec finishes, and patient-centric detailing.

New Outpatient Department and Basement Fit Out
In collaboration with design consultant Al Bhari, we delivered a traditional fit out of the new outpatient department and basement, covering 1,100 sqm. This included consultation rooms, treatment areas, and supporting facilities, all designed to promote operational efficiency and patient comfort.

MEP Works Overview:

Our scope also included advanced MEP installations on the rooftop and across clinical zones, designed for optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term reliability.

•Installation of 2 Air Handling Units (AHUs)

•Installation of 2 Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs)

•Deployment of 10 VRF systems servicing the above AHUs and FAHUs

•Installation of 3 Extract Fans for efficient ventilation and air quality control

•Dedicated VRF unit for the electrical and storeroom areas

•Installation of a dedicated IPS panel for the operating theatre (OT) power outlets, ensuring a safe and reliable power supply for critical medical equipment

Through a combination of meticulous project management, close collaboration with stakeholders, and technical excellence, the Mediclinic Airport Road project was delivered on time and to the highest standards reinforcing our position as a trusted interior fit out and MEP contractor in the healthcare sector.
