Project Overview

BusiNext is a Dubai-based digital-first startup focusing on business-oriented content, particularly in emerging economies and is preparing to launch a new media brand aimed at informing and inspiring young professionals in rapidly growing countries.

Summertown was appointed as the design and build contractor for Businext new office located in Dubai Media City. The project was split into three distinct zones, the lounge zone, the executive zone and the office zone and has a mix of quiet rooms, meeting rooms, management and studio offices plus six executive offices, accompanying is a dining are, bar and show kitchen.

A minimalist design was chosen for this project allowing for a clean, utilitarian design for quality and aesthetic appeal. From entering you are greeted with marble mass reception that speaks luxury, leading into a bright and minimal floor layout with clear glazing and minimal partitioning allowing for an open and lighter office environment. High-quality fixtures and materials, combined with advanced technology, create an efficient and inspiring work environment.
