Project Overview
Our client’s brief for their Emaar Square Office in Dubai, was to design and build a workspace solution that was an inclusive hybrid experience which breaks the mould of what it means to work at their brand.
Designed in-house, the concept proposal for one of the big four accounting firms globally, was defined as space modules that allows the office to adapt and transform itself to the necessary working model, providing the user the conditions and tools necessary to perform and interact.
To develop a workplace that supports our client’s agile working practices and policies specific focus was placed on the details, such as, power and data infrastructure, wayfinding, acoustics, and lighting.
Key highlights of the new sustainable workplace include the flexible collaborative working spaces, in-house café overlooking the greenery of Emaar Square, dedicated meeting pods and rooms with acoustic walls, and large welcoming reception. The result is a dynamic work environment that provides employees with flexibility through a blend of workspaces.
Design and build to LEED interior standards, their new workspace is expected to achieve LEED certified level certification in the coming months.
