Abu Dhabi Investment Council at Al Bahr Tower had outgrown its previous office configuration, prompting a full-scale refurbishment to create a modern, future-ready workplace that
balances functionality, wellbeing, and sustainability.

The brief for this 2,748 sqm, five-floor transformation was to deliver an environment that reflects executive presence while fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization. The refurbished office spans five thoughtfully curated floors of this landmark Abu Dhabi tower, delivered in collaboration with Munazuri Design Studio as Lead Design Consultants and PMK Consultant overseeing project and cost management.

Each floor is meticulously designed with high-end finishes and luxury materials, bespoke joinery, curated artwork, and a complete FF&E package, elevating both aesthetic appeal and functionality. From the executive floor, offering privacy and impact for leadership, to flexible business floors, purpose-built training spaces, a premium mezzanine fitness center, and a vibrant podium recreational floor, every detail has been carefully considered. Central elements such as specialist gym installations, integrated IT and AV systems, and luxury furniture ensure the space is as practical as it is visually striking.

Designed with environmental responsibility at its core and targeting LEED Gold Certification, this project embodies Summertown Interiors’ commitment to sustainable design, occupant wellbeing, and material excellence.
