Project Overview

The Dubai Real Estate Centre (DREC) plays a key role in the development and sustainability of Dubai’s urban growth, established in June 2007 by the order of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The corporation aims to own and manage government Registered real estate properties, including the ownership, development, investment, utilization, and exploitation of lands, commercial properties, and industrial properties located in the Emirate.

Summertown was appointed as the design and build contractor to design and refurbish Dubai Real Estate Centre’s 3rd floor office and ground floor entrance. The new fit-out has created an enhanced workspace for employees and features blend of formal and informal meeting areas, multifunctional spaces, open-plan workstations, focused work zones, phone booths, and a social lounge. It incorporates quality fixtures and materials while integrating advanced technology for a seamless work environment.
