Genetec one of the leading technology providers of business intelligence, unified physical security, public safety, and operations appointed Summertown to build their new workplace located in the One Central, Dubai. Designed by FOR. design planning and Project and Cost Management by CBRE, the new office reflects their international brand identity maintaining its clean and contemporary brand values as well as allowing transparency into the business environment.
The brief for the design and build project was to develop a workspace solution that is comfortable, functional, with a stylish corporate design suitable for employees and virtual and face-to-face client meetings, while allowing for employee engagement in the experience and training centers on site. Through the entrance you are greeted with a product showcase wall and demo displays of Genetec products and mock set ups, allowing visitors and clients to truly immerse themselves into the brand and product offering. The new workplace was to be designed to enhance the natural light and encompass dedicated team collaboration and client engagement areas in additional to open workstations.
Located in the One Central Development in the Central Business District of Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) the new headquarters features a welcoming reception, open plan work area that accommodates multi-screen workstations, pantry, meeting and conference rooms.
