Global Financial Company

We successfully delivered the design and build of a Global Financial Company client’s UAE office located at Gate Village, DIFC, meeting the operational and technical requirements of an international financial services organisation.

The client operates an integrated global network across more than 30 countries, and its UAE office was designed to align with international standards, security protocols, and workplace performance criteria.

Appointed in partnership with JLL, our team was responsible for the full project delivery, including the manufacture and installation of furniture and fixtures, as well as the coordination and implementation of IT infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and security systems. The project required close stakeholder coordination, precise programme management, and strict compliance with DIFC and client technical specifications.

The completed workspace delivers a secure, efficient, and future-ready office environment, supporting the client’s business operations while maintaining consistency with its global workplace strategy.
