Project Overview
The scope of the works for this large government authority entailed the demolition of the existing office and new fit out in line with LEED green building criteria.
Working alongside designers DWP and Silcock Leedham (MEP Consultants) Summertown delivered a true to design fit out consisting of several unique team collaboration meeting zones, large open plan desk areas, strategically placed quiet zones, meeting rooms and stylish pantry with striking marble bench.
We were delighted to achieve LEED Gold level certification for this new office interior, which is 2nd highest level of the world’s most widely used green building rating system.
