Summertown Interiors worked in partnership with the design team at DWP, to deliver the fit out of the 1100sqm commercial office space for Ora in the bustling heart of Dubai’s International Financial Centre, One Central Building 5.
The project aimed for a traditional fit-out in line with DWP’s vision, creating a functional space with ergonomic furniture and smart office solutions. Key elements include biophilic design, emphasizing a connection with nature, a balanced approach with open and closed rooms, a CEO Suite blending comfort and aesthetics, a terrace panorama offering Dubai landmark views, and a focus on community through collaborative design, fostering a strong sense of community within the workspace.
Moreover, a commitment to sustainable design and products, the project is LEED certified.
