Conceptualized by ROAR, the space blends modern sophistication with vintage and witty touches, celebrating the rich legacy of medicine while embracing a contemporary vision of care.

Crafted to embody quiet luxury, the clinic offers an environment where patients are not only treated, but transformed. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a sense of calm, comfort, and renewal.

Delivered by Summertown, the project involved the full transformation of a shell and core unit into a fully realized luxury clinic. Our scope of work included MEP services, bespoke joinery, furniture and fixtures, flooring, fire and life safety systems, ceiling works, as well as wallpaper and textured paint finishes.

The result is a seamless integration of design excellence and technical precision, setting a new benchmark for healthcare interiors in Dubai.
