Vivium & Eli Khouri Art Foundation

Project Overview

Vivium and the Eli Khouri Art Foundation (EKAF), were founded in 2020 by Eli Khouri, chairman of Omnicom Media Group and renowned art collector. To accommodate Vivium and the new foundation, EKAF appointed T.ZED Architects and Summertown Interiors to deliver a new workspace in the iconic ICD Brookfield Place building in DIFC.

Summertown collaborated closely with T.ZED Architects, an international architecture and design practice that focuses on delivering niche projects, to deliver the fit out of this stunning minimalistic workspace.

Upon entry through the dark custom anodized metal clad tunnel the French grey sandblasted marble walls at the reception set the design tone of new minimalistic workspace. The subtle grey design continues throughout the sun filled workspace with concrete texture finished walls and flooring, and Italian glass.   

Summertown also ensured the fit out was compliant to the LEED requirements as stipulated by ICD Brookfield Place, a Platinum LEED certified building.
