We are delighted to be awarded the Times Square Center food court refurbishment project, to be named ‘Picnic Square’. Over the next few months, we will collaborate closely with the mall’s management team to transform the existing 2,330 sqm food court space into an exciting new family focused dining area.

In line with Times Square Center’s sustainability focus, Summertown aims to achieve the green building certification Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for the new artisan food dining area. The global certification encourages the design, construction, operations and maintenance of resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy buildings.

‘Picnic Square’  will be an exciting artisanal, deli-style dining area with family-friendly seating zones; including stylish ‘private pods’ for mothers to feed their babies in privacy, which will complement the functional open plan design (design pictured above).

Anticipated to be delivered in Q3 2021, we will share the construction journey of Picnic Square on our social media channels.
