During our 20 year anniversary celebration all employees that had completed 10 years or more of service were recognised and thanked for their effort and dedication. We strongly believe that the strength of our company lies within our team, and pride ourselves on the fact that many of our employees have been with us since we started in 1997. Currently, 29% of our employees have been with us for 10 years or more, and 56% for at least 5 years. You can read more about our employee support and initiatives in our latest sustainability report
