As part of our Christmas lunch celebration in December we recognised eight employees that had completed 5 years or more of service. We pride ourselves on the fact that many of our employees have been with us since we started in 1997. Currently, 29% of our employees have been with us for 10 years or more, and 56% for at least 5 years. You can find out more in our latest sustainability report.
